Ultimate Fighter Thoughts

With the announcement that Kimbo Slice has been named a member of the cast of TUF 10, I got to thinking.

This must be a pretty big season for TUF, and apparantly it is all heavyweights. Which begs the question: who else could be on the show?

Now it seems, anyone could be a member. Kimbo is the last person I would have expected to come into the UFC, and on TUF? Even further from my mind.

What bout Bobby Lashley, the former WWE champion and current TNA wrestler, who is 3-0 in MMA and has a mega clash with Bobb Sapp scheduled soon? Could he be a member of the cast as well? Why not?

Lashley is essentially a black Brock Lesnar, prompting many in the IWC (Internet Wrestling Community, to which I am a former member) to refer to him as "Choc Lesnar" or even "Blackberg" which a more a Goldberg reference.

Lashley is 32 years old. Lesnar is 31.

Lashley won 3 amateur wrestling championships at Missouri Valley College and 2 NAIA championships, along with being a 2 time Armed Forces champion. Lesnar was a junior college champion, a 3 time winner of North Dakota's annual Bison tournament, an NCAA Division 1 champion, and a Big Ten conference champion.

As WWE wrestlers, both were most improved wrestler of the year named by Pro Wrestling Illustrated and both were in the top 10 at certain points in their pro careers.

While we are on the subject of pro wrestling, what about Sean O'Haire, former WCW and briefly WWE wrestler? He is a 6'6'' 260 LB beast. He is 3-2 in his MMA career, winning his most recent 2 fights. Could he be a potential cast member? He is only 28 years old and is an amazing athlete, so I don;t see why he couldn't be successful.
