In some breaking news, pretty exciting actually, Kimbo Slice has agreed to be a contestant on the 10th season of The Ultimate Fighter, the UFC's reality show.
I'm fucking pumped. I love TUF, and am looking forward to see if Kimbo has the skills to be a real fighter.
Dana White has said a lot of shit about Slice, talking about how he's pretty much garbage, but is giving him a chance to earn his way to MMA respect.
Season 10 will be coached by Rampage Jackson and Rashad Evans (who have a bit of history), so this should be an awesome season, ratings wise.
Also, in some news coming out recently, EA Sports has decided that they want an MMA game, so they are making one, coming out sometime in 2010, which will most likely featue the top names not under UFC contract. This is pretty awesome news, as eventually both games will feature pretty much every fighter around. I'm hoping Fedor will be the big name that EA can get, and that they can match or exceed the UFC game.
Nothing like competetion to bring up the quality of a product.
